’We’re proud to strengthen our association with Staffs FA and continue supporting local people and the communities we serve,’ says sales and development director

AMB Insurance has partnered with Staffordshire Football Association (FA) to support grassroots football in the county.

In Staffordshire, there are 452 clubs, 2,635 teams, 33,387 players, 1,034 match officials and 7,748 registered volunteers.

AMB Insurance, a broker based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, will work closely with Staffordshire FA to help sustain and develop opportunities for players, coaches, referees and volunteers at all levels of the game.

‘Mission to grow’

Gareth Thomas, commercial and partnerships lead at Staffordshire FA, said: “We are thrilled to welcome AMB Insurance into our partnership network.

“Its commitment to supporting grassroots football aligns perfectly with our mission to grow and protect the game for future generations.

“As an association, we also have some exciting projects on the horizon which will require bespoke insurance advice and guidance, so having a trusted, Staffordshire-based partner in AMB Insurance on board is an excellent addition to our partnership network.”

Mark Jones, sales and development director at AMB Insurance, added: “AMB Insurance is delighted to extend our support within the local community by partnering with Staffordshire FA. Grassroots football plays a huge role in bringing people together and many of us have fond memories of standing on the touchline on a wet Sunday in Stoke.

”We’re proud to strengthen our association with Staffs FA and continue supporting local people and the communities we serve.”
