Verlingue has acquired Cambridge-based employee benefits and financial planning specialist EBCam.

The acquisition follows the integration of Verlingue and Brunsdon Employee Benefits in 2023 and forms part of Verlingue’s plans to expand its employee benefits proposition in the UK.
Verlingue said EBCam ”is a highly respected employee benefits consultancy with an experienced team and an impressive portfolio of clients”.

The acquisition also accelerates growth aligned to Verlingue’s Better Future 28 strategic plan.

The plan aims to consolidate the group’s position by doubling sales by 2028, while preserving its independent, family-owned identity.
