When is an answer to a question not an answer to a question? When it comes from the FSA apparently.
The FSA's insurance sector leader David Strachan admitted as much when he addressed an insurance conference last week.
In response to a protest that the FSA kept giving non-answers to questions on who would be granted an exemption from regulation, Strachan said, "I'm afraid I'm going to give you another non-answer on that one." Helpful.
