Customer intelligence and interaction specialist, Norkom Technologies, has launched an insurance, retail financial services, and telecoms sector consultancy.
Norkom claims the consultancy, Applied Intelligence Services (AIS), will permit companies to run better customer relationship management campaigns.
Norkom claims that a typical client spend on AIS would be between £30,000 and £50,000 and it can deliver a return on investment within 12 weeks.
