Homeserve not only potential bidder for warranty specialist
Domestic & General has received approaches from other potential bidders, the company announced today.
It said in a statement: "On 21 May 2007, Domestic & General announced that it had received an approach from Homeserve regarding a possible offer. Domestic & General has also received approaches from other interested parties which may or may not lead to an offerfor the Company. A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate."
