Oval has appointed Howard Pepper as managing director of its corporate business and Nick Lunson to head up its financial lines unit.
Pepper will be based in Leicester and is responsible for the East Midlands division, Oval said.
The managing director joins the group from Marsh where he was regional director for Marsh's central region.
Pepper joins Oval having previously been employed by the Sedgwick Group and was formerly Regional Director for Marsh UK's Central Region.
Lunson has been made responsible for the financial lines unit where he will be responsible for the placing of risks for companies within the Oval Group.
