Royal & SunAlliance UK Insurance chief executive Bridget McIntyre has made some dramatic changes to her office.
Her predecessor Duncan Boyle had very different decor tastes, heavily influenced by his nautical hobbies. So gone are the pictures of yachts and sailing memorabilia to be replaced by Ikea-style chic and calming pinks.
In fact, McIntyre has added particularly feminine touches such as a shocking pink iPod with speakers behind her desk.
It was a Valentine's present from her husband and is topped off with a pink feather.
Very touching.
