ProSight appoints new chief risk officer

ProSight Specialty Underwriters has appointed Ryan Warren as chief risk officer of Syndicate 1110 at Lloyd’s.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Warren joins ProSight from the Towers Watson Group, where he spent more than a decade in a range of senior consulting and leadership roles.

Most recently, Warren served as director and consulting actuary on Towers Watson’s property and casualty mergers and acquisitions business throughout the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region after previously leading the group’s EMEA P&C pricing and product management business.

Prior to joining Towers Watson, Warren established and built the actuarial function for South African insurer, ABSA Insurance Company.

“With a strong track record in actuarial roles, including the building and development of teams and product lines, Ryan will be a welcome addition to the ProSight team as we continue to widen our underwriting expertise and expand our product offering,” ProSight managing director Julian Enoizi said.
