PYV has launched High Court proceedings against CRS Group and four former PYV employees who are alleged to have breached confidentiality agreements.

Simon Lovat, Amit Karia, Tony Patterson, and Kathryn Wale and CRS Group have been issued with writs alleging breaches of their contractual obligations to PYV.

The proceedings allege that Lovat, Karia, Patterson, and Wale knowingly broke their conditions of employment and they actively sought to use confidential information in the furtherance of establishing a line of business with CRS, to the detriment of PYV.

PYV also alleges that CRS actively and knowingly encouraged the named individuals to obtain and make use of the confidential information, while concurrently encouraging them to establish contact with clients of PYV with a view to soliciting their business to the benefit of CRS.
