Loss adjuster reviewing working practices to deliver more cost effective service
QuestGates said it has appointed two new loss directors, Graham Eades and Mike Ledgerton.
Eades joins the loss adjuster group from Argent Property Adjusters, formerly the loss adjusting business of Parabis Group. His career spans more than 35 years and his particular area of expertise is in major and complex loss in both the domestic, including high net worth, and commercial arenas.
Ledgerton joins QuestGates from Woodgate & Clark and has held senior roles at both Cunningham Lindsey and McLarens during his 25 plus years loss adjusting career. He has experience of handling high value and complex property damage losses.
Property divisional director, Colin Ganson, said: “We’re undertaking a review of the working practices of our team to determine how we can continue to deliver the quality of service that clients deserve while creating a slicker, more cost effective proposition for our insurer partners.”
