Sand Aire Private Equity has announced an investment into CET, a specialist in subsidence-related site investigations, drains surveys and repairs.
Sand Aire said the total financial package exceeds £15m, enabling CET to explore further growth into the testing market.
Sand Aire said £5m was provided via an EquityHarvest structure, which will enable CET's founder shareholders to release equity while providing incentives for the management buy-out team.
HSBC provided a £7.5m facility for the deal and the management team has rolled over a significant proportion of its equity.
