MASS insurance liaison working party chairman Tim Gorman said that he hoped to come to "a working arrangement" with insurers over the level of premium and success fee that could be charged.

Gorman, who is a partner at Gorman Hamilton solicitors, acknowledged that it would impossible to set exact level of the fees and premiums.

However, he "hoped to have a formula that could be used."
