Standard & Poor's (S&P) said its ‘A' rating on the Lloyd's market is unaffected by the outcome of the first phase of the arbitration tribunal established to settle a dispute between Lloyd's and Swiss Re.
The ratings agency said its ‘BBB+' rating on the subordinated debt issued by the Society of Lloyd's is also unaffected.
S&P said the outlook remained stable.
