Stuart Reid of Stuart Alexander has admitted his company is looking at restructuring to raise money for the next five years, but denied rumours of a sale.

He stated he was looking at a number of options to raise funds, but committed himself to the company for the next five years.

He said: "We are looking at restructuring the company with a view to taking advantage of the many opportunities that we believe the future will bring.

"We are looking at all options, banking or equity participation, etcetera.

"I personally have committed to the company for at least the next five years.

"This is intended to put the company in a stronger position and take advantage of the growth and possibilities of the next five years."

When asked what his plans were after those five years, he replied: "Who knows."
