SVB Holdings PLC announced that at yesterday's Annual General Meeting (AGM) all resolutions were duly passed, and that some personnel changes are going to take place.
Pierre van der Mersch did not stand for re-election at the meeting meaning he has effectively resigned as a director, while Luigi Santambrogio was appointed as a new director.
