Liberty Syndicates' new Syndicate 4472 will have underwriting capacity of £716m in 2005

Syndicate 4472 was formed in October from the merger of Syndicates 190 and 282.

- The underwriting capacity of Kiln's four syndicates will increase from £681m in 2004 to £704m in 2005. The capacity of its flagship Syndicate 510 will increase to £546m for 2005 from £508m in 2004.

- SVB Syndicates will have underwriting capacity of £437m for 2005. Syndicate 2147 will have a stamp capacity of £286m and Syndicate 1007 will have a stamp capacity of £151m.

- Talbot said Syndicate 1183 intends to write gross premium of £275m in 2005, compared with £280m in 2004.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
