Rumours reached Backchat last week that Chatham-based SK Underwriting was having a few problems.
We tried to contact SK director Colin Johns to find out if the gossip had any foundation.
After several vain attempts at tracking down the elusive Johns, the receptionist at SK Underwriting passed on a message from the man himself.
"If we're in financial trouble, why am I staying in a five-star hotel in Tenerife?"
Hmm...why indeed.
