Thomas, Carroll Brokers has made The Sunday Times top ten of best SME employers to work for 2006.
The company appears at number ten in this year's Top 100 and is the only insurance industry representative in the top ten.
Stuart Love, managing director of Thomas, Carroll (Brokers) said: “This is a great boost for the insurance and financial services sector in Wales. As a direct result of our placing last year we attracted hundreds of cvs from graduates and insurance specialists from all over Wales. Our graduate recruitment programme is burgeoning.
Stuart Love added: “I often hear from others how difficult it is to recruit quality graduates within our industry. It is not a problem we are experiencing."
The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
