Capita Insurance Services (CIS) is to announce three outsourcing deals, which the company said will reposition it as a long-term strategic partner for the insurance industry.
CIS business development director Lee Gladwell said that three deals would be announced in the next month.
He said that CIS had found that insurance businesses were increasingly looking for a small number of long-term strategic partners who could provide a range of claims services rather than a range of partners, each fulfilling one outsourced function.
Gladwell said that compliance was one factor driving the trend, as companies had to ensure that outsourced functions were compliant.
