Support services company Toad Group reported a staggering 380% increase in pre-tax profit in its 2003 results. Its pre-tax profit jumped from £200,000 to £1.1m on turnover that increased only slightly from £34.1m to £34.4m.
Peter Ward, chairman of the group, said: "I am delighted with the performance of the group over the past year, whereby we've achieved a substantial reduction in net debt. We are looking forward to the future with justified confidence."
