"TOBA or not TOBA, that is the question." Always one for a Shakespearean pun, Backchat couldn't help but open this
intriguing email when it found its way into the inbox.
The email in question was from none other than IIB boss Andrew Paddick, who had clearly been awake in the wee hours of the morning contemplating the plight of brokers in the current battle over securing fair terms of business agreements.
His final words of advice? "Oppressors can never break through a strongly held line of determined defenders. By bravely standing firm together and holding ground, the battle can surely be won, thus ending the sea of troubles, the alternative being eternal oppression."
Eternal oppression? Backchat never realised insurance could be so exciting.
