HSBC's Spectrum Vehicle Rescue now has a non-mandatory scheme option available to all brokers.
Since January 2004, a mandatory scheme option has been available only to its supporting brokers.
Demonstrations and previews of the scheme will be held at the Biba conference this week.
Online trading with Spectrum allows brokers to input risks, obtain quotes and print out policies and certificates. The free service also allows brokers to manage risk data, including adjustments and renewals.
