Sagicor Syndicate Holdings, acquired Byrne & Stacey Underwriting. Its parent, Caribbean financial services group Sagicor, recently acquired the Gerling at Lloyd’s Group, which was the principal capital provider for Byrne & Stacey. First published 5 October
