Mobikom, Austria's largest mobile phone operator, announced today it has chosen Sheraton Systems to operate its mobile phone insurance cover.
The mobile phone company will be using the Websure system to underwrite handsets, print policy documentation in-store and store data at Sheraton's London base.
Nick Beach, managing director of Sheraton, said: “In addition to integrating directly with Mobikom's retail systems, Websure also charges monthly premiums via its billing system and the whole process is totally automatic.”
