Bouncebackability (adj.): A measure of the ability of a sporting team to recover from a defeat or setback; ‘West Ham battled their way back from an appalling start to last season to clinch a Premiership spot on the last day – that shows real bouncebackability.’

Overcomeable (adj.): A measure of the ability of electronic reform problems at Lloyd’s to be overcome; ‘There are of course difficulties in wholesale reform, but technical problems are completely overcomeable.’

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.

Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
