Former Zurich boss Coffey lands at rival RSA

Mark Coffey has joined RSA with the title of trading director, personal lines broker.

Coffey, who left his previous role as Zurich head of broker personal lines after 29 years, will take up his new role from 1 April.

Coffey will be responsible for developing RSA's regional broker business and will report into RSA managing director of personal lines Steve Kingshott.

Kingshott said: “Mark’s appointment completes our senior relationship team, joining Danny Venner and Vicky Symms as the third of our trading directors, and underlines our commitment to the broker channel."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
