Snaps from the latest broker forum held in Birmingham

Insurance Times held its second broker forum on 4 December 2009 at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole.

The line-up included RSA managing director Paul Donaldson who quizzed the former chairman of Aon Global Dennis Mahoney in the live broker interview.

Lockton International chief executive Julian James followed with a speach entitled 'Focus on the Customer' and after lunch three brokers - Mark Boucher, executive director of Unitas; Michael Rea, chief executive of CCV and James Woollam, director at Hayes Parsons - took centre stage in the The Independent Broker Debate.

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
