Southampton branch becomes part of Giles broking operation
Giles has merged the Southampton branch of Rossborough under the Giles Insurance Brokers brand.
Giles acquired Channel Islands broker RA Rossborough in November 2010, its largest ever acquisition.
Staff and management will remain at the branch which is being fully integrated with Giles.
The Rossborough offices in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man will retain their existing name and identity, Giles said in a statement.
Branch director Andy Edwards, said: “We are delighted to be merging with Giles and believe this will provide us an even better platform to for us to continue to grow our business.
"Giles Insurance Brokers is a major player in the insurance industry, its name being synonymous with quality, professionalism and competitiveness, values that very much mirror our own."
