Bluefin hire builds corporate division

Bluefin Insurance has appointed Rachel Phillips as business development and proposition director for its corporate division.

The role is effective immediately and she will report to Bluefin head of corporate Howard Fryer.

Phillips will be responsible for leading growth initiatives and harnessing the skills and expertise across the corporate division to that end.

She joins from Marsh where she spend more than 12 years in a variety of roles, most recently as a regional development director. Prior to this she worked for RHG Corporate Insurance Brokers.

Phillips said: “I am delighted to be joining Bluefin at such an exciting time for the group. The corporate division is growing and I am looking forward to working with the team to identify ways in which we can enhance and enrich the client experience.”
