AXA UK’s Claire Hunt is broker’s new HR head

Bluefin human resources (HR) director Andrew Parsons has left the company, Insurance Times has learned.

According to the Financial Services Register, Parsons left the AXA-owned broking group on 31 December 2013.

Claire Hunt is now head of HR at Bluefin. She was previously group HR business manager at AXA UK.

Commenting on Parsons’ departure, Bluefin executive chairman Stuart Reid said: “Andy has been a critical part of all things Bluefin since he started with us at the very beginning in March 2008, particularly in the integration of the multiple acquisitions in that period.

“We wish him well. He has been a fantastic support to the business and he goes with our very best wishes.”

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
