Biography: A member of the board of directors of Gerling Konzern insurance group holding company since April 1995, Claus-Michael Dill joined Axa in June 1999, as chairman of the board of directors of AXA Colonia Konzern.
His career started in 1981 as consultant in company management at Kauders International. He then moved to McKinsey in 1984, also as a consultant.
In 1987, he started work at Schweizer Rück Gruppe, Zurich and Munich (reinsurance group) where he was:
