Admiral staff have shared a bonus payout of £1.6m.
The figure will be shared by 2,500 staff, and comes from dividend payments from free staff shares and the firm's discretionary share incentive scheme, according to Wales Online.
Admiral announced dividends of 35.5p per share for its 2010 financial year.
Most of the bonus is being shared between staff at Admiral's Cardiff, Newsport and Swansea, but employees in France, Italy, Spain, India and the US have also benefited.
