Third sale of rating agency’s shares by Berkshire Hathaway

Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway sold 1.15 million shares of Moody's according to a filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Dow Jones reports

Berkshire still owns 38 million shares. Berkshire previously sold 8 million shares in July, and reported selling close to 800,000 shares in September. Berkshire owned 16.1% of Moody's outstanding stock after the recent sale, down from 16.6%.
