Bupa Group Risk has launched an online system offering intermediaries access to group protection products suitable for smaller schemes of between 5 and 100 lives.

The company said the system enabled intermediaries to generate a quote and purchase cover within 30 minutes.

Graham Clark, director of Bupa Group Risk, said: "The new online system will make it easy for brokers to service their clients more effectively. It is designed to be flexible and convenient.

"This is just the start of the development of our online system. We plan to extend it further to offer online administration and claims tracking and we are working closely with intermediaries to ensure the new system meets their needs."

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
