Deal is expected to deliver £7m in revenue over two years

The Innovation Group has announced a two-year contract renewal with The Co-operative Group’s insurance arm CISGIL.

The deal will see The Innovation Group continue to manage CISGIL’s subsidence claims through its subsidence management services business.

Based on anticipated claims volumes and assuming normal weather conditions, the contract is expected to deliver £7m in revenue over the two years.

The Innovation Group chief executive Andy Roberts said: “I am extremely pleased to be announcing this contract renewal with CIS General Insurance today. It follows a full market review and we are thrilled to continue our long-standing relationship with one of the leading insurers in the UK. Enriching the experience for their customers, while continuing to provide certainty around efficiency and cost, is fundamental to both of our organisations.”

 

 

The 2025 Insurance Times Awards took place on the evening of Wednesday 3rd December in the iconic Great Room of London’s Grosvenor House.
