Arthur J. Gallagher UK has promoted Des O'Connor to director of strategic development for affinity business.
O'Connor will focus on developing affinity underwriting solutions.
He will work closely with other group companies such as OIM, Woodbrook and Gallagher Heath Insurance Services.
Gallagher International chief executive David Ross said: “This is an enormously important and exciting role.
"As we continue to build our fully integrated intermediary platform we are delighted that someone of Des' skill and experience will be playing such an integral part in its successful development and implementation.”
