US-listed healthcare insurer Hooper Holmes has bought
Medicals Direct Group plc (MDG) for £6m.
MDG specializes in activities include health care screenings and and medical reports to the insurance and legal sectors.
The acquisition will enable Hooper Holmes to expand into other European markets, particularly France and Spain.
