JLT Benefit Solutions acquires smaller rival
JLT Benefit Solutions has snapped up Alexander Forbes Consultants and Actuaries.
JLT’s investments and pensions consultancy arm paid £17m for the firm, which had £27.7m revenue in the year ending in March.
Currently, JLT is behind the ‘big three’ of Aon Hewitt, Mercer and Towers Watson when it comes to pension and actuarial investment advice.
