Lark cousins Graham and Stephen on life after the MBO
Lark has just inked the deal on its management buyout (MBO) from its parent Groupama after several months of uncertainty.
In their first joint interview since the MBO, cousins chairman Graham Lark and managing director Stephen Lark told Insurance Times about the deal, the challenges they faced and what it means now for the company.
