QuestGates is developing a new engineering and technology division in conjunction with RM Adjusting.

The division will service both new and existing services under the QuestGates brand.

Alistair Steward, QuestGates business development manager, said: “The division will undertake claims handling, risk assessment, post-loss surveys and auditing, in addition to loss adjusting, while at the same time providing the clients of RM Adjusting access to QuestGates' national resources and specialist services.”

Neil Robbie, managing director of RM Adjusting, commented: “This new development will greatly enhance our ability to meet new and existing clients' needs and respond to changes in the market place, to our mutual benefit.”

Chris Hall, QuestGates managing director, said: “QuestGates continually endeavours to enhance its services by expanding its specialist capabilities in appropriate arenas, and the new engineering and technology division is a natural progression for us.

“We pride ourselves on delivering enhanced services for our clients and believe that the expertise which RM Adjusting brings is another step towards our aim to be the largest independently owned specialist loss adjusting company.”
