The Joint Hull Committee has released a draft of its revised Institute Hull Clauses.

The draft retains the traditional named-perils format.

Responses are requested by the end of August.

The document is being circulated for comment and the final document is due to be released on 1 November 2002.

Hill Taylor Dickinson is the lead lawyer on the project.
