Marsh's Jane Kielty has won the inaugural Biba Young Broker of the Year award.
Kielty, a broker at Marsh for three and a half years, was awarded £2,500 by sponsor Richard Sheikh, chairman of Camberford Law.
Sheikh said: "The judges were looking for a rising star who had made a valuable contribution to the benefit of their company."
Marsh's Catherine Shanks and David Curry of Miller were "highly commended" and were each awarded £100.
