Alea has appointed a new chief executive.
Mark Ricciardelli has been promoted from group president to chief executive of Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda). He replaces Dennis Perkiss, who has been chief executive of Alea since 2000.
Perkiss will stand down at the end of this year and take up a 12-month consultancy with the group.
