Dan Wilkinson reveals his plans for Willis in first interview since replacing Brendan McManus

Willis is overhauling its bonus structure under new UK chief executive Dan Wilkinson.

In his first press interview, Wilkinson outlined his plans for the business he took over from Brendan McManus in October.

He said making Willis a great place to work was one of his top objectives, and he would be looking at bonuses accordingly.

He also said that he wanted 80% of his appointments over the next three years to be internal promotions.

Willis will pay its bonuses on 31 March.
