Five Star 2023 Etrading Overall Ratings – Insurer Extranets

Insurance Times is pleased to announce the results of the 2023 eTrading Survey, with the full report and wider findings to be published for subscribers in June. Over 750 brokers across the UK came forward to rate and assess the performance of insurer extranet platforms.

Brokers trading via insurer extranets gave Aviva Fast Trade and AIG eXtra a maximum overall five-star rating. This is the fifth consecutive year that Aviva has been awarded an overall five-star rating by brokers nationwide. This in itself is a huge achievement that no other insurer extranet has achieved. After AIG eXtra re-entered the survey last year with a four-star rating, it has improved further year-on-year with an overall five-star rating for 2023. A deeper analysis of the quantitative and qualitative findings from the 2023 annual eTrading survey will be available to subscribers in June.
