Five Star 2023 Commercial Lines Overall Ratings

The 2023 Commercial Lines Star Ratings are based on the responses of over 500 brokers who completed the Insurance Times 2022/23 Commercial Lines Survey. Brokers rated their insurer partners out of 5 stars based on the service they had received over the last 12 months of business. The upcoming Insurance Times 2023 Five Star Ratings Report and 2023 Five Star Online Ratings will be available to subscribers this March.

The commercial lines survey was open to UK brokers throughout October to December 2022. Brokers across the UK were asked to identify and rate insurers with which they have regularly placed business during the past 12 months.
