Insurer takes total employed in Ireland to more than 550
RSA is creating 40 new jobs at its Galway customer care facility as part of a €3m investment to service its Irish customers, the Irish Independent reports.
Recruitment has begun, and it is expected that the posts will be filled by the end of the year, bringing total staff at Ballybrit to over 100, and the number employed throughout Ireland to more than 550.
RSA Insurance Ireland chief executive Philip Smith said: "The expanded presence in Galway will form an essential customer service hub for us and directly support the achievement of our wider business objective."
