Sunday Times speculation comes to an end
RSA is to scrap plans for its multi-million pound fund-raising after some of its main targets ruled themselves out of a sale, the Sunday Telegraph reports.
RSA will focus on smaller acquisitions funded by existing capital.
The Sunday Telegraph has been the main source of speculation that RSA ever planned such a rights issue.
