Xchanging Broking Services managing director Artur Niemczewski is to leave the business following today's UK insurance restructure, Insurance Times can reveal.

An Xchanging spokesman confirmed that Niemczewski will leave after a transitional period.

Niemczewski departs after only eight months in the role. The former Marsh UK multinational chief executive joined with the aim of growing the broking services business.

His exit comes after Max Pell was today confirmed as managing diretor of Xchanging's combined insurance business, Xchanging Insurance Sector, which includes XBS.

Niemczewski was also chief operating officer, international, at Willis.

Niemczewski could not be reached for comment.
