New executive director joins Xchanging board

London

Xchanging has appointed Andrew Binns as executive director of its technology services business.

London-based Binns will also be a member of the Xchanging executive board, reporting directly to chief executive Ken Lever.

“I am delighted to announce Andrew’s appointment,” said Lever.

“Technology is at the heart of what we do. It is a vital part of delivering a differentiated business processing service as well as being a service offering in its own right. Andrew will be a great asset in achieving our ambitions.”

Binns was previously chief executive of global services at banking software group Temenos Group.

He has also been managing director of Aon BPO and Consulting, chief executive of software company Netengines, and director of the managed services division of ICL (now Fujitsu).
